CreativeKid.com is designed for children ages 4–14 and their parents, guardians, and teachers. Children under 13 should use this site only with parental awareness and supervision. We do not require users to create accounts to access content.

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any part of the site
- Scrape or copy site content without permission

Artwork created using our digital tools (Paint, Comic Builder, Pixel Art, Postcard Designer) belongs to you.
5. Digital Tools — Your Creations
Artwork you create with our on-site tools is yours. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content. Since we do not have user accounts, your creations are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly export/download them.

CreativeKid.com contains links to external websites (e.g., in the Link Directory). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of linked third-party sites. External links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
